Why does the Ads Web site use Sponsors?
The Yepsi Free Ads site is a free service to people in North America. It was created as a public Web site so that ads could continue to be available to friends or family members and US residents at large without needing to pay for placing Ads in various media(s). The cost of software development, maintenance, hosting, marketing etc is funded by sponsors. Yepsi provides Sponsor's Ads on the pages to let the benefactors know about the local or national business that are sponsoring the "Ads and offers" on this site.
How can I submit an ad?
After Sign in (click on Sign in on top right of the page), there are two easy ways to submit a new ad:
How do I get my contact information pre-populated when I place an ad?
Yepsi can pick your the contact information from your profile information. You will need to keep your contact information updated to be pre-populated accurately on all new ads. Go to "My Profile," click the "Edit My Profile" link, and supply the appropriate information.
How many ads can I post?
You can have up to 25 active Ads posted on the site; we ask that you use your own good judgment. Please be considerate of those browsing the Yepsi Free Ads site and do not duplicate ads that are still running, or "spam" multiple categories with the same ad.
Is there a deadline for submitting my ads?
There is no deadline for submitting ads. The site is real-time. As soon as you submit an ad, it will be posted live.
Can I submit ads on behalf of a third party?
You are welcome to submit ads for a third party, but as the Yepsi Free Ads site user, you will need to manage all offers and communication regarding the ad. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for any transactions that occur in regards to the ad.
How will I know when offers are made on my ad?
You can select this option when placing a new ad. Just check the "Send me an email when I receive a new offer for this ad" option from the "Place a New Ad" page.
In addition, we suggest that you monitor the site, by visiting "My Ads & Offers" to view your current ads and any offers that have been made on those ads. To view offers made on a particular ad, click on the ad title. All offers placed on the ad will appear under the ad details.
How long will my ad remain on the site?
An ad will remain on the site for 28 days (4 weeks). However, if you edit an ad you have already submitted, the two-week running time will start over again. After the ad has been up for four weeks, it will become inactive and no longer visible to people browsing the ads. It will be listed in your "My Ads & Offers" page under the Inactive Ads table. You will still be able to view offers that have been made, and you will have the option of re-listing the ad.
Can I make changes to my ad after submitting it?

Viewing, Rejecting and Accepting Offers
Where should I look to view offers I have received on my ad?
Go to "My Ads & Offers" and click on the ad's title to view offers that have been placed on your ad. All offers placed on the ad will appear under the ad details.
Do I have to check "My Ads & Offers" even though I chose to expose contact information when placing my ad?
We recommend checking the tool for offers even if you have exposed your contact information because some site users may choose to respond to your ad through the tool instead of contacting you directly. You may also select "Send me an email when I receive a new offer for this ad" when you place a new ad so that you are notified via email when an offer is placed through the Yepsi Free Ads site.
As a seller, am I required to sell to the first buyer who submits an offer?
No. As the seller, you have complete discretion to select the offer that you want to accept.
What happens when I hit the "Accept" link?
Once you click the "Accept" link, a page comes up reminding you to contact the offerer to arrange final details and notifying you of your responsibilities. The offerer is automatically notified through email and a message on "My Ads & Offers" that his or her offer has been accepted, and alerted that you will be contacting them. The rest of the offerer's will see a message on "My Ads & Offers" that their offer was not accepted. They will NOT be notified through email.
In addition, when you click the "Accept" link, your ad becomes inactive and will no longer be visible to people browsing the Ads. If the transaction falls through, you can easily re-list your ad by clicking "Re-list" on your "My Ads & Offers" page under the Inactive Ads table.
What happens when I hit the "Reject" link?
The Reject link gives you the ability to manage offers on each ad by removing those offers that don't appeal to you. Once you hit the "Reject" link, the offer will be deleted from your "My Ads & Offers" page, and you will not be able to retrieve it. Also, a message will appear on the offerer's "My Ads & Offers" page notifying him or her that the offer was not accepted.
How do I notify potential buyers that my ad has sold?
You are not responsible for notifying everyone who made an offer on your ad that the item has sold. If you accept an offer online by clicking the "Accept" link, the other offerers will see a message on "My Ads & Offers" that their offer was not accepted. If you would like to notify them individually, you can do so by email. Click on the ad title in the Inactive Ads table. All offers will appear in a table at the bottom of the page with the offerers' email addresses. Simply click on an offerer's email address to send a message.
